What are some good ideas for dining and watching fireworks? I saw the post for O'hana but I don't think that is open the day we're there.

California Grill and Narcoosee's are also possibilities. Both are pricier than O'Hana's though.
Also, I've heard that if you go to the Grand Floridian quick service location (Gasparilla's) and take your food outside, you also get a good view of the fireworks - though I have not personally tried this.
