presidents week or summer (end of august)

I was planning on WDW in february during presidents week, and then Universal at the end of august because I really want to see the new Harry Potter land, and I figured by then the crowds might have thinned out a bit for it. Crowds for the rest of Universal are not an issue, since I stay onsite and get the front of the line thingy.

HOWEVER.... I realized that WDW and presidents week is probably pretty ugly as far as lines go, although at least it's not in the heat.

What is everyone's take on the situation? I'm very flexible as far as which week to go during the summer, so it doesn't have to be end of august, although that's when rates drop. How bad are the lines during presidents week?

Presidents' Week is very crowded. It was even difficult to get from one side of Fantasyland to the other. Although it is definitely hotter, I'd go the last week in August rather than Presidents' Day week.
