Default Disney Park website for passholders issue

Anyone know if the Disney Park website is having issues with their passholders section? For the past couple weeks, it has not allowed me to enter my pass / get to the passholder page. (Since our Mickey Monitor hasn't arrived, I am simply trying to view it online.) I'm trying to figure out if the problem is on their end or mine.
I emailled Disney -- but figured I'd ask here while awaiting a reply (as quick as those about VMK, I'm sure)
Thanks

I did get a reply from Disney. It was only basic information -- they gave directions that exactly matched what I had been doing. Interestingly, though -- after their reply, getting on to the passholders section did work. Website seems ok, now.

I seem to have to issues with the passholder site as well as the DVC site from time to time I think most of the issues are traffic related on their end
