We've seen Donald in Animal Kingdom in the character viewing areas by the Lion King Show and also at the Safari breakfast.

I don't think Huey, Duey, and Louie do meet and greets. Scrooge is usually only out during Christmas time. And Daisy is sometimes around. Can't recall where though
