How many people are seated at each table?
I read that on DCL they seat you with other people to fill up your table during your dinner rotation. Do you know how many people are seated at each table? We will be on the Disney Wonder 3 Night to the Bahama's.
I don't really like the idea of sitting at a table every night with strangers, But i guess there is nothing i can do about it.

It depends on the size of your party, and how full the cruise is.
Our usual party of 4 has always gotten a table to ourselves. I have heard of parties of two getting their own table, but again that seems to depend on how full the cruise is.

Oh okay, there are 3 of us. It's not a huge deal of we have to share a table, but i would prefer if we didn't. But either way i am just going to be Super Excited to be on a cruise to the Bahama's!. It's my first cruise, and my first time out of the country, so i figured the Bahama's is a pretty nice place to get my first stamp in my passport.

Since you sit with the same people each night of the cruise, by the time you debark, there's a good chance that you will no longer be strangers. Our first cruise we were seated with the other single moms w/kids table and we all got along really well. It was a nice experience. Our second cruise was a different experience though and although I enjoyed our dinner company, DS was the only kid at the table and felt pretty awkward.

Unfortunately, you won't get a stamp in your passport in Nassau, because you don't need a passport to get on and off the ship there (just your key card). You only need to use your passport to get back into the U.S. when you disembark.

All 3 cruises we were able to sit as a family of 4 or with our friends. I do know someone who booked late for a 7 night cruise. She was traveling with family and a daughter of her own. Since she booked late and their ressies weren't linked, she couldn't eat with her family. She was put at a table with a family of 4 (6 total). She said she felt a bit akward as if she was interfering with that family's meal.

Just out of curiosity, did she speak with the dining room manager? Many times, they can make changes once everyone is on board. I'm sorry they felt awkward. That's a lot of nights to be uncomfortable.

If you go to wavebands after you have lunch after boarding, you can request a table to yourselves. We went to change our dining order as I didn't want to do Animators on the night we went to Atlantis all day.... and the guy changed that and then gave us(a group of three, mom and two girls) a separate table. I didn't specifically ask for it, but it was nice just having our own table.

Yes she did and they couldn't do anything. During one of our 7 day cruises, the same thing happened - we booked later and couldn't sit with our friends. We asked the manager and they said they would try, but ended up not being able to. Oh well! Worse things can happen - after all we were on a Disney Cruise!!

I could be wrong but I think if you go to the welcome center at Nassau when you get off they will stamp your passport for you.
As for the orignal post, we were a family of 4 and had our own table.
