Question fantasmic dinner package

i found a dinner package under discover>dining>restaurants on the disney site. it includes a dinner at one of three restaurants in hollywood studios and a VIP voucher for Fantasmic.

i was wondering what the price would be for that? i suppose it would be more than a normal reservation. would it even be worth it to get the VIP? how much of a difference does it make? Fantasmic is my favorite show!!!

Details about the Fantasmic Dinner Package can be found here: http://www.intercot.com/infocentral/.../fantasmic.asp

It really seems to be personal opinion as to whether or not it is "worth it".

We did the package when we were on the dining plan ar Hollywood and Vine. We would def do it again It was only 1 table service credit so I think it's the same price as if you were eating a regular meal.

If you are not doing the dining plan I believe the cost is $2 more per meal for the Fantasmic Package over the regular dinner.
