Default SSRS - Couples Massage :: Good? Bad? Advice?

All, I just booked an 80 minute massage for myself and girlfriend mid-vacation on our "off" day. I've never been the the spa in Disney, but I have been to spa's in general.

I presume that we will have access to locker rooms with private showers, saunas, jacuzzis, etc.? Am I correct in this presumption? And with this in mind, I presume we should arrive around 30-45 minutes before our massage time to utilize the amenities, right? Is there anything I should make sure to absolutely use while there?

I'm very excited and just want this to be super special for my girlfriend. Shhhh, it's a surprise!

Thanks for all the spa advice in advance guys!

1) The spa is an outside company/contractor.
2) They do a good job.
3) Recommended.
