You can use the premium plan at any resort. The plan includes a lot of food and nearly every restaurant with the excetion of Victoria and Alberts. All meal credits are equal so any meal at any restaurant is only one credit. The real highlight of the plan is the use of nearly all recreational opportunities as much as you want as well as most of the tours. If you are not big on waiting in lines in the parks, this is a great option. We have gone on the Premium plan our last three trips. My wife loves eating at all the signature restaurants and I love the fishing. At over $100 and hour to fich, I make up the extra we pay in two early morning excursions. We've done the parasailing, jet skis, water skiing, several tours, and got tee times for golf but decided not to use most of a day for it. By the way, club rental is included as well.
Many comando style park enthusiast would never have the time or desire to do many of the things the plan offers but if you want to hit the parks early and ride the must do attractions, you can make use of some of the other recreation opportunitys later in the day, including preferred seating for parades and Illuminations. OH, and Circe de Sole is also included in the plan.
We love it. But I warn you, if you are watching your waiste line, it may not be for you. I gain ten pounds every year.
Unfortunately, it wasn't offered with the 4+3 discount this year so we are just going with the Deluxe dining plan, But I'm still going fishing at least once!
Have fun what ever you choose.
