flying to disney/meniere's disease(ear)

I want to take my mom to wdw. We would have to fly. She has meniere's disease, a disease of the inner ear. Her Dr. has recommended several things to do to keep from getting dizzy/ear pain/nausea. Just wondering if anyone here has flown with this condition and what helps?

My uncle has Meniere's as well. He and my aunt have been able to fly without much trouble. However, the wisest thing is to follow doctor's orders as she is most familiar with your mom's case.
