Default Eating at Resort - From off premise

Can anyone tell me if its possible to drive to a resort to eat at the resturaunt? In particular how do you get through the security gate if you're not a guest?

Yes, it is possible!

When security stops you at the gate, simply tell them that you have a reservation for the restaurant. Sometimes, we've just been waived through, sometimes we've had to provide the reservation #, and yet others photo ID and the #.

But, we've never had any issues and we've loved looking at the resorts!

We've never had a problem with this. We like to try eating at all the resorts.

I have driven up to a resort and just told them I want to walk around and check the place out. I have never had a problem. The routinely give out short term (a few hours) parking passes. At places like Poly ar BC, they do make it clear that this is not the place to park to enter the nearby theme park.
