Default Trying to get the 7 nights for 4 deal price quote on Disney's site....

It doesn't seem to be working. When I click on the box for this offer and do a search for a quote, it seems to be just spitting out a quote for regular rates. There's no discount. What am I missing?

I SWEAR, I hate their website. It's nothing but a <snip>!

I just got off the phone with Disney because I couldn't access my reservation online. They told me they are updating their website and that it should be finished by the 9th. They did have all of my info in their system over the phone. You may have to call someone to get quotes for the promo.

These problems seem to pop up all the time. This is exactly why I only book with Magical Journeys now.

Must be something funky going on with the website. I haven't been able to view my reservations for a couple days. Just says the information is "not available".

I used to book all my trips on my own, I never saw any reason to bother anyone else with what I could do myself and I also enjoyed planning myself. HA! Finally I came around and tried Magical Journey's when I needed a "little" help trying to get a discount. That was a couple of trips ago...and I'm in the process of booking another with them right now. I will NEVER go any other way.
Magical Journey's is the Best !!!
Way to go Kathy!

Next up Coronado Springs in February

I am a control freak & always book my own trips directly thru WDW! I thought that it was just me, but I've been having trouble with the Disney site for about a month! I was going to book online, but when I actually got that far online - just once- it too was the regular price, so I gave up & called them directly as usual. I was so lucky, I reached an absolutely amazing CM & he handled everything magically for me! I keep meaning to call WDW & see if they can give me the name of the CM that handled my ressies, so that I can send a letter of kudos about him to WDW! I tried sending an email & since the site is so out of wack - I got no where! I've got to remember during business hours to place that phone call!

Yea,
I tried that too... it was ok but, if you have any changes or questions, most of the time there isn't an email or even if there is, your basicaly waiting on buisness hours. And my AAA office is closed on weekends.
Kathy is around not just all weekend, but I have even talked to her on the phone at 10pm. Like I said...WAY TO GO KATHY!!!

Magical Journeys is the only answer to this question. I've never had to deal with any of this mess since I started using them.
