Preordering toys

Is there a service that allows you to preorder gift items and have them waiting for you in your room when you arrive?

I know Disney Florist can do that with some items, but that's not what I'm looking for. I thought there was a way to order toys or other gifts and have them waiting at the room when you get there.

For a few months there was a trial service that allowed this type of thing, but as far as I know that service was discontinued and has not been reinstated.
