Default Best Wishes View from Poly?

Where are the better places to watch Wishes at the Poly?

Looking at satellite views on Google Maps, it looks like their are islands in lake/lagoon between the Poly's beaches and the MK - and i can't tell if there are tall trees on one island versus another. Does any particular part of the beach have a better view than another?

I've done some searches here on Intercot and read that the music is piped in by the pool, but I might be willing to sacrifice sound for view, if that's a tradeoff that needs to be made.

Thanks!

The Islands a very low and don't block your view of the fireworks which take place well above the castle anyway. The beach near the pool is a great place to watch. A very, very, very, very slightly better view is in front of Hawaii and you can hear the music there too. But the view isn't really improved enough to worry about. Make sure you can hear the sound.

We just stayed at the POLY in May, and we thought the best view (other than from our balcony) was from the area in front of Hawaii. There is a slight hill that a lot of people will congregate at for the show. We watched it just about every night.
