Nov. and Dec. Park Hours

I was told that the Dec. calendar would be out by the 1st of June but I have noticed that Nov. still isnt out...Do you think that they will be out before July 1st? The reason I am asking is because that is the day I can make my ADRs...This year will be more important to make because we will be there between Christmas and New Years...

There's no way to know since Disney hasn't really given a good reason as to why November's hours aren't out yet. You'll likely have to go by last year's hours/extra magic hour schedule and hope for the best.
