I called this morning to get my MVMCP tickets.....

Let me first start by saying I was on hold for 45 minutes. Then a woman named Julie answers the phone. I tell her I would like to get tickets for the christmas party and that I was interested in either Dec 9 or 11, which ever day wasn't an annual passholder discount night. By the way, the 9th is the annual passholder discount night. So I opt to go for Dec 11. She takes all my info, the dates I'm going, my phone number and address. We are making small talk in the process. So then she says "now why can't I get Dec 11 to come up". I ask her if it could be sold out already and she said she didn't think so cause the phones had been down for the last hour which explains my 45 minute wait time. So she askes if she can put me on hold to find out what's going on. So she comes back and is apologizing because some of the dates haven't been uploaded into the system yet! So now I have to call back to try to get my tickets again. I have never had a problem with Disney before and I would classify this more as an inconvenience then a problem. My point is, didn't we all know like a month ago that the tickets would be going on sale today? Why is Disney so unprepared?

I am currently on hold for the MNSSHP, and seem to be having the same problem. I was told there was a recent update to the system and it is running slow. Hopefully it works out.

ok so i finally got through, i was only on hold for 25 minutes this time. i got my tickets so i'm happy!

I just called for our Halloween Party tickets and got lucky, I was only on hold for about 2 minutes!

Three phone calls.........on hold for two of them over 40 minutes.......last phone call on hold for 10 minutes and finally got our tickets for the night of the 31st. First time for us!

We're leaving for WDW tomorrow, but maybe I'll order my MNSSHP tickets tonight.

We went to MVMCP last year on December 11th....it was sold out. Had a blast!

This is a very large increase to last year. I was hoping that they were selling fewer tickets, but I doubt it.
