Default Dinner in France

We have already in the past tried Le Cellier in Canada & Nine Dragons in China. Which restaurant should we try in France for dinner? Any other favorites we should look into in other countries?

Both are great, Chefs De France has a amazing Lobster Bisque. Can't go wrong with either though.

If you eat at the Bistro, you can order from the Chefs De France menu if you can't find something you like.

Bistro is more high end in food and astmosphere, but they share the same kitchen.

Last time we went to both in one trip. We ate at Chefs first and I loved something on the menu that the Bistro didn't have (I can't remember what it was...maybe the Pate plate?) and our waiter said we could get anything from the Chefs menu.

The kids menu is the same.

We loved both restaurants, but this time we are going back to Chefs because we are taking my parents and this is more their style.
