Default Carriage Ride at FW

We are looking into taking a carriage ride through FW. Our family camps all summer locally and have always been curious about the FW campground. We thought a carriage ride would be a great way to see the campground. Info central says the fee is around $35 for 2 adults and 1 child. Is that per person or one price for the ride?

Has anyone done a carriage ride at FW?

One price for the ride. We have never done FW, however, they do the same type of ride at POR. We love it. We are planning on taking our 3 year old granddaughter next week. The ride last about a half hour. Make sure you make a reservation, because they do book up. Have a great time.

One price for the ride, We have taken the carriage ride several times, however you do not get to see much of the campground. The ride takes you thru a trail around the campground. As much as it is relaxing, if you are taking it to see the sights you will be disappointed. Reservations are required. the carriage ride is usually booked each and every night.. Enjoy..

While it would be a fun thing to do, you will not see much of the actual campground by doing this. If you want a good tour of FW, you might consider renting a cart at the bike barn. You can get them by the hour, and have the freedom to explore everythng at your own pace. It really is a great place

Another way to tour the campground would be to rent bikes.
