Specials Question

I am wondering if you get a better deal on room only specials or package (room,tickets, and dining) specials???
The reason I ask is I have been debating on the dining plan for months now and we are going in December during the time that Disney has historicly had a few specials. I was just curious on the potential savings.

It really depends on what is being offered. Generally, if you book a package at a special rate, you are paying the full room rate as part of the package. Room only discounts will offer you a rate that is less than regular room rate. Whether or not, you will have a better value from one or the other will depend upon what the individual components of the pacakge will tally versus what you would spend on top of a discounted room rate.

You would need to do the math on any offers you come across to determine what might be best for you.
