Self-guided walking tour - Nassau

Has anyone tried the walking tour for Nassau that is outlined in Passporter's (Disney Cruise Line edition)?

If so, what did you like or dislike about it? What would you skip?

I didn't do the walking tour, but I did do the Adastra Garden's & City tour excurison Disney offers... it made me realize that Nassau is 4 square blocks of a tourist city overlayed on a 3rd world country. Aside from walking a few blocks down to the Straw Market and the Pirates of Nassau museum, I'm not certain I'd want to walk too far by myself.
