International Gateway question

If we stay at the Swan and Dolphin, how does it work in the morning to get into Epcot. Meaning, I know that we can enter through the Boardwalk and Gateway, but then where do you go from there? How early do you need to get there to make the park opening? Thanks!

World Showcase is still closed at park opening, so cast members guide you to Future World. You have the choice of either walking or taking the boat to the International Gateway entrance.

The walk is slightly shorter if you walk by the Beach Club instead of Boardwalk. 10 Minutes tops. The crowd is nothing like the main entrance so you don't have to arrive too early. However, the International Gateway is probably twice as far from Future World as the main entrance, so If your plan was to be first in line at Soarin', you won't be.
