Buying Tickets

My son and family are leaving for Disney this weekend. They are staying at a time share. He left a message on my machine last night asking me to get his tickets for him.

I think it would be better for him to get his tickets when he arrives in Orlando since he waited this long. I would like him to pick up his tickets the day he arrives rather than wasting time his first day in the parks. Where could he go without actually paying for parking?

He could get tickets at Guest Relations at Downtown Disney. Parking is free.

Thanks so much! It says on website that they are open 8:30AM to 11PM. Do you know if that would be Monday to Sunday? Also do you know where they are located in Downtown Disney?

I know they are located right behind the Gharidelli shop but I don't know the hours.

I would assume that it is Monday through Sunday since DDT doesn't keep the same hours as other shopping areas, but I've learned to never assume. I would call 407-WDISNEY to be sure.
