Postcards
Not positive if this is the right place to ask but...
Can I buy postcard stamps at my resort, and will I be able to mail postcards from the resort?

You can definetly mail the post cards at your resort. They have mail boxes at each resort. I believe you can buy the postcard stamps in the gift shops of the resorts.

Last year at CBR, they had stamps for sale at the Customs House where you check in.
I mailed postcards to my kids from there. When we got home, they thought Mickey sent them postcards saying how great it was to see them.

Yes, you can definitely purchase stamps and postcards in every resort gift shop. Then every resort lobby has a place to mail the postcards. You will also see spots thoughout the parks where you can mail things.
I wonder what the postmark is when you mail stuff from Disney? I wonder if it is just the regular postmark for Orlando/Lake Buena Vista or if it has some special Disney postmark?

I always bring stamps from home . We do the post cards the first day of the trip because they take forever to get to places.

Postmark used to say "Lake Buena Vista" but I think it now says "Orlando."

Yes we do this every trip. Both at Pop Century and at the Beach Club we purchased post card stamps right there at the gift shop and sent the postcards on their way from the mail deposit in the lobby. Couldn't be easier...

We bring stamps from home as well. It just seems easier to have them handy. We always mail our postcards at the parks or resorts.
