Good morning everyone,
Well, Memorial Day was very busy at the parks, but we still managed to get to 3 parks
We started off at EPCOT where we jumped in a 30 minute line for Soarin' (at 8:23 AM!) after grabbing a Fast Pass. We got back in line almost immediately with our passes. We then hot-footed it over to one more turn on Test Track ~ single rider line at 30 minutes, stand-by at 60 minutes. We then drove over to MGM/DS and did the single rider line of RRC after grabbing fast passes for TOT4. We rode TOT 3x because we also used a child swap pass. We had a quick lunch and then walked through Narnia. Ben, Zach, & Lou went to LMA:SSS and Ethan and I found a shady spot for the parade, of course since we left 6 inches in front of us and the brass line some jerky adults thought it would be a good idea to stand in front of us
they won't move either; advice ~ make sure you sit on the line. We met back up with the rest of our family and drove over to AK. We caught the end of the parade and then rode dinosaur 1x and EE 4x (queued up 2x, child swap 2x). We had to by-pass freshing up in our room and drove straight to the Contemporary for our 6:50 ADR at The Concourse Steakhouse. We snuck in a quick wash-up in the lobby rest rooms
before enjoying an incredible meal. We considered going over to EMH at MK for about 30 seconds, but decided to pass-out in our room instead. We were exhausted, but Ben had a great day.
We checked out of the Poly yesterday
and checked into the Hard Rock. Missing the Poly very much even though this is a very nice hotel, totally different clientel here, lots of drinking, loud behavior, and speeding through the parking lot. IOA was great though, I love, love, love the room key express pass
Today is USO. weather is still pretty good, higher temps but breezy.
