So, how was everyone's 13th???
So!! Now that it's over, how was everyone's Friday the 13th?? Any good stories to tell?
I have to say, mine was a pretty good one, all in all!! I live with a  , so we're used to that - we got our tax refund back, which was shocking - my girls were home w/ me on spring break and got along great all day (  ) and the folks buying our house stopped by, and all seems well and moving along smoothly. So - I can't complain - although I'm knocking on wood as I'm writing!!
So - how was everyone else's?? Do tell!!

Mine was rather uneventful. We are having a terrible wind/rain storm here. I swear the waves are so high out there I don't want to look out for fear my car is floating away! LOL My boys wanted to get out there and surf.
I had a fortune cookie today and it said that an "alien will come to visit you soon". I thought that was odd...do you think they meant Stitch?

Gosh, I didn't even realize it was Friday the 13th until I read this! I even wrote a few check today and it didn't register! I had an awesome shopping day and also received a Jack Sparrow tote bag in the mail that I won on ebay! So, I guess it was a pretty good Friday the 13th for me!

We actually went to the casinos in Atlantic City!!! We figured we might have some reverse luck since it was Friday the 13th... I actually ended up winning a nice bit of change on the nickel slots, believe it or not! Everyone else lost, so I bought a round of drinks and we headed home...

Creepy here... I work in a restaurant and I had $666.66 in food sales tonight. No lie. I didn't realize it was Friday the 13th until I showed a friend and my manager, and they told me.

Well, we had a tornado outbreak. We were at Barnes and Noble because we didn't think it would hit as quickly as it did. I could tell we had a funnel above us at the store, then the sirens went off. We were all instructed to head to the bathroom area of the store to wade it out.
It was a sporadic storm. The major stuff hit near my friend's house.
Other than that, it was a pretty good day.

Our Friday the 13th went well, it was moving day for us. We left LA to move down to Orange County .... Now we are much closer to Disneyland!

Well, mine was good until I read the Friday party thread and realized it was actually Friday the 13th! Then I went to go out and wacked my head on the side of my trailblazer as I was getting into it - you know, the car I get into 10 times a day and never managed to hit my head before!! 
But, on a more serious note, my 13 year old nephew ended up having emergency surgery to remove his appendix! Definitely a Friday the 13th he won't forget!
