Crowds - Week of July 4th

I know that the 4th of July is one of the busiest days of the year in the parks, but what is the rest of the week like as far as crowds?

Are they any worse than the crowds we normally encounter during Star Wars weekends?

We were there last year over the 4th and although that day itself was very busy, I didn't find the crowds to be unbearable. Was it crowded? YES. But we went knowing that it would be and it was fine. After all, you're in WDW!!!!
