All-Stars Rollaway?

Do the All-Stars provide a Rollaway bed? Even for an extra fee?

The only thing you can do, is ask for a rollaway when you get there. They have a very limited supply and will not allow anyone to pre-reserve one. If you call, they'll tell you that they don't have them at all. If it's not an option to have 2 people sharing the same bed, you are probably better off packing an aerobed. Most people report having much better luck with that and you can stand it up against the wall when not in use (freeing up valuable floor space).
