We had a wonderful time on our trip to WDW this month. The folks at AKL went out of their way to do some things for us and I just wanted to tell them "thanks"!

I have tried to find a link, but I give up I know someone here can help!

If you go to the bottom of the WDW web site you will find a link " CONTACT US " They had a bunch of phone numbers to call and one specifically pertaining to your last visit.

We all hear the complaints - but when things go RIGHT, I do think it's equally as important to let people know about it.

Definitely let Disney know how much you enjoyed your hotel, your staff, a character interaction etc. If you can get a cast member name and the area they worked, even better.

Kudos to you!

I emailed my thanks and praise for the AKL staff after our stay back in February. I was contacted within a few days by a Disney representative who was very pleased that I took the time to write. They promised to forward my note along to those involved in making our stay extra magical.
