confused on room rates

under room rates under the resort tab, I can follow the different seasons/rates for the value resorts, but am confused on mods. Seems to be some date gaps. For example, what is the mod room rate/season for Jan 1st, Jan 5-7, and Jan 13-15. Same for a few later dates (Feb) too. What am I missing?

It oftentimes seems that you need a PhD to be able to sort out the rates at Disney!

For a moderate resort, the prices for the dates you mention would be:
Jan 1 = $274
Jan 5-7 = $182
Jan 13-15 = $182

Seems like the dates that aren't otherwise specified (other than the 1st) are at the "base" rate.

The missing dates were special weekends. With the exception of Jan 5 -7 (which is not listed but was marathon Weekend) you need to scroll down a bit and the add ons for the specific time are listed. If memory serves me Jan 5-7 was the same price as MLK.

For example: MLK was value season plus $20
