Default Last thoughts of our trip

We had not been to wdw for 9 years. We did go to Disneyland 5 Or 6 times instead. Got to spend a lot of one on one time with my 28yr old dd. Lots of laughing and hugs. Didn’t annoy each other too much ( this is for you Kathey if you are reading this). She paid for this trip as a surprise for me and it was awesome. It was hot some days and a little crowded, but that doesn’t bother you when you know all the tips you get here on intercot. No matter where you go you should study up on it before you get there. Because of free dining we were able to splurge on hoop dee doo reveiw, mnsshp, Octoberfest, and Kimonos. Except for three dishes, we liked all that we ate. Wish the resort Mac n cheese was like the mac n cheese in the parks. Lots of fresh fruits and salads that you could get as a snack. Was sad Splash Mountain was closed but 7 dwarves in the dark made up for it. The buses ran very effiently, never had to wait very long. Took more boats this time which let me see new scenery. Only rode the monorail once from Epcot to the Magic Kingdim. Most of the cms were helpful. Skippers on the jungle cruise were very funny and on point.. My dd likes Starbucks being in the parks. At Epcot we got free samples of some ice coffee flavor. Magic Band is the best invention ever. Hardly ever had to get in my wallet. Could see quite a jump in prices of everything since we here last. Got my new grandson a stitch stuffed animal. I don’t by many souviners, except my Dh gets a grumpy shirt and hat. I always get a new pen and tablet. Got my dd two nightmare before Christmas dolls. Got a pen and deck of cards for my boss. So many more things I would like to get but we used self control (no credit card hooked to magic band). It was a bummer that my dhs back caused him so much trouble this trip. He spent 4 out of 11 days in the parks. Highlight him trick or treating in his overalls and grumpy hat using his goofy impersonation. I really thought with 11 days I could just go slow hang at the pool and read, it’s just not in me. Lol thanks for reading.

Yeah, 11 days sounds like it could be nice, slow and relaxing. It never is for me either though. :P
I'll meet you at the Rainbow Bridge.

Please don’t misunderstand, we had an amazing time. No trip or business is perfect.

We were bummed about that too. Maybe next time. Take care Marci.
