No Osborne Lights on Nov. 22!

I'm not sure if this belongs here or over in Theme Parks, so please move as appropriate.

I am planning our itinerary for our trip less than two weeks away, and Disney just threw another curve ball!

We had planned to see the Osborne Lights the night of Nov. 22 - it's really the best day to fit that in.

Just noticed on the WDW site that there will be no Osborne Lights showing that night.

If you're like me, OL is a must-do! I think I figured out 11/21 would be an OK second choice so I hope it works out.

I know this has been asked before, but does anyone know when they shut off the lights for the night on nights DHS closes at 8 pm? Just want to be sure we hustle over after our 5 pm dinner in time.

I noticed that weeks ago, possibly a month ago. Lucky for us our plans were to be there the night of the 23rd so it didn't mess up any of my plans.

If you go to the Nov. calender and click on Nov. 22 to see the line up for the day the Osborne lights are not listed. I also saw it posted on another site.

If you go to the WDW site, look under Discover to find Special Events. Osborne is listed there. They have a writeup with the date range and an asterisk:

November 10, 2009 — January 4, 2010*

The asterisk at the bottom of the writeup says:

*The Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights will not be featured on November 22, 2009.

It's kind of buried and I'm surprised I found it, actually! It would be the exact day we planned to go...
