Default Typhoon Lagoon: What Do You Bring

Gang, we’re ready to Typhoon Lagoon today and I’m not sure what I should bring with me. Did you bring a backpack and your phone and leave it unattended at your towel or umbrella when you go into the water? Do you rent a locker? Or do you just come with your magic band and leave everything else back at the room?

Magic band, everything else can stay in the room locker.
Never leave anything unattended. Have fun!

We always rent a locker at the water park. We've never had an issue. The locker system is very simple, and you can go in and out of the locker as many times as you need. I'm trying to recall, but I think it was only around $10 to rent a large locker (can store a backpack in it) for the day. They also have a smaller, less expensive option. It's all digital now, so you enter your own code for access - no need to carry a key or anything.

It's really a matter of what you feel more comfortable doing, and if you'd like to bring some things with you that you want to protect, but access during the day.

Enjoy! It's a fun place to spend the day!

Magic Bands stay with us but everything else (towels, change of clothes, money, phones, sun screen) go into a locker.

We don't really need anything else as we don't tend to sit down on the loungers, we are either on the slides, in the wave pool, floating around Castaway Creek or walking between two of the above. Part way through the day we will go back to the locker to get money for lunch and to reapply sun screen, then straight back out!
