    Default Water park etiquette

I'm working Park services ( custodial) at Universal Studios Volcano Bay. It has been a real eye opener to see how people are at the water park. I often wonder if this is how they live at home. I've had to clean the showers with bar soap, shampoo and tampons left in the floor, shower soap in a dispenser is provided. On Waturi beach I've seen leftover food/trash on the chairs... along with dirty diapers. There are a lot of trash cans provided. I always pick up after myself when at a water or dry park. On the whole I think people do take care of their trash, it's just the few that don't . Grrr rant over. I'm sure it also happens at Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon.

It happens most public places. There are people out there who think that, just because they are NOT at home, they can forget about basic decency and do what they please.

Personally, I am known to point out things like that to people if/when I see them leaving an area. It is just NOT right.

Sorry you, or anyone else in your situation, has to deal with such things.

I don't mind.. it's my job. Just my observation. Yesterday I had to deal with an overflowing toilet. It wouldn't clear. We had to close the stall. Later after park close the plumber came to fix it. They have found cell phones, sunglasses, pants, swimsuits etc. Hard to believe someone would flush a pair of pants ...lol

I bet at disney water parks, they collect the left over shampoo and put them in the new in-room bottles I could be wrong.
