I just returned from a wonderful week with my daughter in Disney

Cast:
Me: 53 avid Disney lover
DD: 24 Disney Cast Member (culinary intern)
Disney's Polynesian Club Level for 5 nights

We arrived on Sunday, September 2nd early evening. Check in was a breeze as my DD had been there earlier in the week to make room request. We were escorted out to the Hawaii building to meet the Cast Member at Club Level who would help us with anything for the week. We were on the third floor overlooking one of the pools. We were in awe of how big the room was! We had a balcony which we checked out quickly. We decided to explore a little and headed done to the lounge for a light bite as we had been traveling since early morning but did not want a heavy meal as we had ressies for Ohana's. There was a nice variety of snacks available. We sat and relaxed before going out to walk around the resort. Love the view from the lounge!
After exploring the resort (it was a nice walk after traveling all day) we headed to Ohana's for dinner. We were seated with a wonderful view of Cinderella's castle. We had a visit from the chef as my daughter has an allergy to curry. After hearing that all was safe for her we enjoyed a very nice meal. More food than either of us could eat. Near the end of our meal while waiting for that delectable bread pudding we watched the fireworks go off. If was a very relaxing evening for the start of our trip.
After dinner we headed to the room to unpack and relax with a beverage on the balcony. It was not a late night as we knew tomorrow night would be a very late night!
It was so nice to start this visit with my daughter off on such a nice note
