Default Best Fastpass with small kids in each park?

Since I can't ride the more intense rides, I'm going to take the little ones while the grown ups enjoy them. I am not sure which kids rides are the best to fastpass though.

I need 2 rides in DHS while they ride ToT and RnR.
I need 1 ride in MK while they ride Space Mountain
and 2 rides in AK while they ride Expedition Everest and Dinosaur.

    What do you guys suggest?
I'll meet you at the Rainbow Bridge.

How young and how many? Trying to figure out what you can do by yourself with them.

DHS - anything in Toy Story land. This will be the tier 1 so probably a choice for everyone involved as ToT/RnRc will be Tier 2.
MK - Buzz, Pooh, Lil Mermaid - really lots of choices w/o specifics
AK - maybe Safari or Navi River Ride

I need 2 rides in DHS while they ride ToT and RnR. Do the Beauty and the Beast Show, or Little Mermaid.
I need 1 ride in MK while they ride Space Mountain. Buzz or Pooh. If end up w/ extra time, jump on the people mover.

and 2 rides in AK while they ride Expedition Everest and Dinosaur. Bugs life, or catch the new animal show. Of course Nemo the musical is a must.

2 rides in DHS while they ride ToT and RnR - I wound recommend seeing Olaf, the Disney Junior show and the Frozen Sing-along.

1 ride in MK while they ride Space Mountain - I would do Winnie the Pooh (can scare some bc it is a dark ride)or Small World.

2 rides in AK while they ride Expedition Everest and Dinosaur - I would not ride anything with them...I would walk the animal trail and see the young tigers & free flight aviary. Also bugs life would be an idea but could scare some kids...maybe just some meet and greets or do some of the Ranger stations (every station has a question or item for the kids to do). Also during the Dinosaur ride take them to the boneyard, see the new meet and greets there and do some of the carnival games.

If it's you plus the three kids (2,4,6) you may run into seating issues with the ride vehicles. Mine were little so long ago I don't remember. Hopefully someone will come along that will have the info.
