Default Dining Review for Bon Voyage Breakfast

    Zeeraz - 4 out of 5 stars
    Me - 3 out of 5 stars

We had this breakfast early in the week. Check - in was quick and easy. The only area they had available to wait inside was in the bar. We were called pretty quickly and seated in an area where we could see the characters enter. There was a big announcement over the intercom each time one of the characters came in. The room itself didn't feel very Disneyish to me, and the seating seemed a bit awkward without a lot of room for the servers to move around.

Zee ordered King Triton's Shipwreck al Forno. I had the Tangled Eggs. First they brought some yummy pastries out for us. There were two cookies shaped like the suns in Tangled, and maybe 4 small muffins. The pastries were delicious. Zee rates his food as 4.5 out of 5 stars minus the sauce. He wishes he could have kept the triton that came in his food though. My food was a 3 out of 5 stars. It was pretty tasty initially- very bold flavors in the eggs. After a while though, the same taste got boring. I think I would have liked it better if they cut down the serving size (it was huge) and added a side item. I wasn't a fan of the Sunday Gravy either.

The character interaction was very good. I had my stuffed dog there, and there characters got into a discussion about how Rapunzel wanted a dog and Flynn Rider wouldn't agree to it. Of course, Ariel and Eric were all for them getting a dog like Max. I did laugh a bit when Flynn Rider did the "smolder" at the camera.

The service was good. We never had to wait for drink refills or anything, and our server kept track of which characters we still needed to see.

All in all, I think the restaurant was ok. If someone said "hey, let's go to the Bon Voyage Breakfast," or if someone I was with really wanted to see Ariel, Eric, Rapunzel or Flynn Rider, I wouldn't be opposed to returning. There are places on property that I enjoy a lot more though.
I'll meet you at the Rainbow Bridge.

It sounds like you had a much better experience than we did. I am glad you enjoyed yourself.
