I don't know if Disney has announced the actual firm dates yet, but as we get closer to the opening of the new land, for a few weeks Toy Story will only have stand-by available, and then a full (fairly short) closure to complete the move to the new entrance.

As Heather stated, the actual ride closure dates have not been announced; but are expected to be in Mid-Late June ahead of the Toy Story Land opening.
