The tiger cubs are on show at DAK
Two Sumatran tiger cubs, Anala and Jeda, are now part of Animal Kingdom's Maharajah Jungle Trek.The cubs were born in August as part of the international Species Survival Plan. Sumatran tigers are a critically endangered species with fewer than 500 left in the wild.

A few weeks after they were born, a CM stood along the Maharaja Jungle Trek with an iPad showing video of them with their mom. They didn't even yet know if they were male or female. It will be interesting to see them live. I'm fascinated with big cats!

Awesome - this will be the draw they've needed on that trail. It's been a bit less interesting since all the females were replaced by the one male/female couple. But now that they have the family ready, it's exactly what they wanted to be able to show in that exhibit!!! I know we'll be making a trip back to see them!
