Default Best Prime rib on property?

Any recommendations on Prime rib? I was looking for any buffet that has the carved Prime Rib. I remember Chef Mickeys having it but the menu just says carved beef now?

Boatwrights and Olivia's both have Prime Rib. Neither is a buffet. Both are excellent, but I give Olivia's a slight edge.

We went this past August to Chef Mickey's and 1900 Park Fare (last minute decision). Have to say 1900 had the best. Cooked perfectly. We didn't care for it as Cape May (was overcooked and very dry) and had it a couple years ago at Crystal Palace and it was terrible. I would either go with Chef Mickey or 1900.
