You can watch the fireworks from Magic Kingdom at the Grand Floridian on the dock. You can see the water parade too.
Go to Disney Springs and get cupcakes at Sprinkles.
Ride the boat from Magic Kingdom to the Grand Floridian and the Poly. Check out the hotels
We have gone hotel hoping just to see all the hotels.
    Mini Golf
Ride the boat to Port Orleans Riverside from Disney Springs. Then ride it back
We have watched EPCOT fireworks from the Yatch and Beach Club.
I am sure I will think of more. BUt that is it for now

Take the boat over to Fort Wilderness from Magic Kingdom. At night, they have a Chip and Dale sing-a-long and campfire (you can purchase smores ingredients at the Chuckwagon Snack Bar) and then they show a movie. All is free except for the smores. You can go over during the day as well to see the horses they use in parades, etc. at the stables. There are pony's as well nearby. Oh, and at night, they have wagon rides for about $8-10 a person and leave from right outside Pioneer Hall. We stayed in one of the cabins last year, and I can honestly say it was one of the best times we've had at Disney!!!

If staying at a resort, check out the items there. Movies on the lawn, campfire type activities, kind of depends at the resort. We'll enjoy the bar scene entertainment at POR.

We love the boat ride from DS to POR.

During the spring, we aim for the Flower and Garden Festival. Its no additional cost to the park, and is quite nice.

What time do they start doing these? I am wondering if we can do them after the early Hoop Dee Doo showing.
I'll meet you at the Rainbow Bridge.

We did the surrey bike at PORFQ and rented it for 30 minutes. I forgot the cost, but for 4 people at WDW it was very reasonable. We biked around the bike path loop 2x and had a blast! Afterward, we ate at the food court and enjoyed gumbo and beingets. A totally fun and low cost experience!
