Mickey's Halloween Party &FP?

I had read somewhere that you can make FP selections from 4-7 when there for the Halloween Party. Is this true? Thank you!

When you buy tickets for MNSSHP it allows you admission starting at 4pm. So yes, you can make fp selections starting for 4pm

In the "paper FP era" there were no FP's available for the party tickets. When FP+ came to be, ticket validation was not enabled so any ticket would "qualify" for a FP. With ticket validation now being enabled again as it previously was, I think it remains to be seen if FP will sill be available for party tickets or whether it will revert back to the pre- FP+ days.
