    Default Rivers of Light

    - Is this a permanent show?
    - Will there be a Rivers Of Light Dinner Package available in December?
    - If so, when will it come out?

    Yes, fairly permanent.

I can't see why there won't be a dining package, but they do seem slow to be released, and I haven't heard more details about when the may release the rest of the months.

That would be awesome. Everything I find on it doesn't mention that it's permanent so I was wondering. Another question if you don't mind:
-- I already have an ADR for Tiffin's at 12:15pm. If, by chance, I'm lucky to catch an dinner package if-and-when they finally release them, will I be able to change the ADR to a dinner package via online?
-- ADR for Tiffin's at 12:15pm. Is that time slot an allowable time to be considered for the dining package. I noticed on the 'rules' that your ADR has to be in a specific time.

Actually, the way I believe it works is the dining packages are unrelated to the regular ADRs. Having an ADR for lunch won't matter. You'll have to get a slot that is set aside specifically for the show package, and then likely cancel your current reservation.

Yes... You have to book the dining package separately. I found the fact that the dining package release dates don't coincide with the 180 day mark extremely frustrating. It seems to me the release dates for the dining packages were completely random. I had to check every day and I'm not the type to always be on my smart phone or on a computer. The castmenbers at Disney Dining can't do anything beyond what you can do on the MDE website so don't bother trying to call them.
