We have never had less than stellar service. I have found as long as you are polite and a little flexible they ar more than happy to work with you on almost anything. That being said there are certain things they just can not change due to policy or saftey issues. The CMs work very hard especially at peak times
I agree. Service at Disney is still among the best of anywhere we go. Is there that occasional incident where things don't go right or a cast member appears rude? Sure. But that, in our experience, is the exception.
