Help with timing please

We have a breakfast at Norway at 8am. Epcot opens at 9am that day. Since Frozen is in the same tier as Soarin' we thought about getting a fast pass to Soarin' at like 1pm. Eat at 8am, and should be done by 9. Can we get in line for Frozen then? Do they let people in early to get in line for Frozen?

Epcot typically opens its gates at 9am. Frozen opens up as soon as the gates open, so yes, if you left the restaurant at 9am, you would be allowed to get in line for Frozen if it was up and running at that time (I have been at EPCOT where Frozen did not open at 9am because it was temporary down)
