Didn't there used to be a phone number at Disney World you could call when you had more than a certain number of people? I don't remember what it was called and couldn't find it on the Disney website.
That was their Magical Gatherings Department and they no longer do that.

How large is your group? If you need assistance with dining try calling the Disney dining number. We had a group of 25 once and they were able to tell me which restaurants I could book online or by calling the regular line, and which restaurants I would need to contact directly. They also gave me all the phone numbers I would need. We got every place we wanted except one. In Epcot we ended up having to split into two groups at two restaurants. But that was mostly because the one place that was available we didn't want.
As far as rooms and fastpasses. We just all linked our accounts as friends and family and tried for same fastpasses. In most cases we were able to get everything lined up at the same attractions and times. For the room we called and booked all our rooms with same agent and noted that we were traveling together. 3 of our rooms were side by side and the other two were within same buiding\area. It was really easy. Honesty we didn't really require any extra assistance from Disney other than the direct phone numbers for dining. Hope this helps!

Buzznwoodysmom, they used to offer special things for large groups. I didn't remember all of the specifics, so I was going to look them up again to see what they were. There was like a fireworks cruise with Peter Pan and other stuff.
