Default Confused about seperate ticket purchase

We made our reservation through Disney's guest relations with a special discout due to a bad experience last year. When I made it, I was told I couldn't add onto it as a package, and would have to purchase everything separately. Later, I called and was able to add the dining plan, but still couldn't add tickets.
I'm trying to buy them online now, and I see the following disclaimer at the bottom of the site:
"Tickets and any options purchased must be used within 14 days of first use, except for Florida Resident 3-Day and 4-Day Tickets. Florida Resident 3-Day and 4-Day Tickets expire 6 months after first use or December 17, 2017, whichever comes first, and may not be used on the following blockout dates: July 1, 2016 to July 4, 2016; December 15, 2016 to December 31; 2016; January 1, 2017 to January 2, 2017; April 8, 2017 to April 21, 2017; June 5, 2017 to August 10, 2017."
Does that mean if I purchase tickets from Disney's website, we won't be able to get into the parks on the second week of our trip? How do I buy tickets for those days, then? Or should I wait and call a CM tomorrow?
    Thanks!

Now that I posted that, I see that it may be talking about Resident passes. Can anyone confirm what I'm reading? Sorry to be paranoid, but $2000 is a lot of money for tickets if we can't use them.

Your second thought is the correct one. The blackout days are for the Florida resident passes. Regular ol' MYW tickets do not have blackout dates.

    This statement should stand alone...

Tickets and any options purchased must be used within 14 days of first use, except for Florida Resident 3-Day and 4-Day Tickets.
    ...as should this one

Florida Resident 3-Day and 4-Day Tickets expire 6 months after first use or December 17, 2017, whichever comes first, and may not be used on the following blockout dates: July 1, 2016 to July 4, 2016; December 15, 2016 to December 31; 2016; January 1, 2017 to January 2, 2017; April 8, 2017 to April 21, 2017; June 5, 2017 to August 10, 2017.
I can see where reading it as one continuous paragraph could be confusing.

Indeed! Two entirely different thoughts - albeit related.

Definitely confused me that late at night. Thanks for the quick answers!
