    They really should have this figured out by now. I can only surmise that they don't want to make the investment in data analysis and resource acquisition to nail this down. In this day and age, where they have the knowledge of where you're staying and what park you are in, they should be able to allocate transportation resources accordingly.

    The magic bands tell them everything they want to know. It's 100% a reluctance to open their wallet to get proper staffing in place to mitigate the problem.

    That's one of the advantages of a deluxe. They aren't as many people going just based on the number of people who can stay there.
