Dining Reservations open at 6am EST (Orlando time) online, and at 7am EST for phone reservations. There are few things that get me up at 5:40am, but Disney Dining is one of them! I'd love my 180-day mark to come on a weekend, so I could at least go back to sleep, but it never seems to work out that way.
FP+ reservations do start at midnight, at the 60/30 day mark, and those are also Orlando time.

Thank you so much! Yes my 180 mark is on a Monday and I have to work at 8:00 that morning. I may have to go in a couple hours late that morning if Im going to be up at 5:00 a.m. LOL.

Ditto, but then I think it works out in my favor when I make the fastpass reservations at 9:00 at night. :-)
