Disney Vans Coming Soon!

For us, there’s nothing better than a collection featuring the classic Disney characters. So you can imagine we were beyond excited when we heard the news that Disney and Vans were teaming up to create a new collection featuring Mickey, Minnie, and all our favorite pals. With Vans signature style shoes and vintage-inspired character design, this collaboration is sure to be filling up your closets soon.

As you can see the collection goes beyond shoes, with men’s and women’s apparel and accessories including tees, hats, backpacks and socks. Tiny tykes can also get in on the fun, as the Mickey and Minnie Classic Slip-Ons, the Winnie the Pooh Authentic and Mickey & Friends Era shoes will be available in kids and toddler sizes.

The collection will be available this June at Vans retail stores and select locations globally.

Journeys stores has announced that they will be carrying exclusive designs from Disney, these will include Princesses, Villians, Classics & more.

Vans are a little loud for my taste but very cool. I for one though would love to see some sneaks by Nike or Adidas with subtle designs. My guess is though that they wouldn't sell enough. Would be cool if through Nike ID you could build your own Disney shoe.

Probably will have to settle for some crazy new balance running shoes at the marathon weekend runDisney expo.

I believe you can still find the Star Wars line at Vans stores. They were released last year.

I don't wear sneakers outside the house or gym. I especially don't wear Vans because they are SO flat. I need at least a 1.5'-2" wedge to walk comfortably all day. Something that flat would kill me (and I have completely flat feet)!

The designs are awfully cute, though! I love the Aloha Mickey/Minnie design!!

I like the look of Vans but they hurt my feet SO badly. I can't wear them.

My husband has a pair of the Darth Vader vans. I have to admit, they are pretty cool looking.

My DD is a Jasmine freak and they actually have a pair of Jasmine only Vans.

I'm with you John, a little loud, but we will see. I feel the same about the purses. I love them, but carrying one around when not at Disney is another story. I will wait to see how the shoes look on my feet.

I have a pair of the Donald Duck ones and my sister got the Winnie the Pooh ones.
We both want the vilians one but haven't seen them here in the UK yet.
I was hoping they would have some cool ones in the parks when we go in September.

I live in trainers and flat shoes as I have arthritis in both knees and wearing heels for any length of time can make it really difficult for me to walk so I am always looking for funky trainers to wear
