Human-ish, meaning for what the character looks like, they appear to be most resembling a human figure. Not an animal.

Google comes up with Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz as a scientist. He has the hair and eyes but does speak english and wears a white coat. Another character I had never heard of!
