Default Question about re-entry if park closes

I will be at WDW during July 4th. If we are at MK in the morning using our park hopper and we leave; will we be able to re-enter later that evening if they close the park due to capacity?

No. If the park closes due to capacity it's closed. If you're staying on-site you're guaranteed admission to A park, but not a specific one. However, it's rare for it to reach the final phase of closing where it's even closed to on-site guests.

Some would argue that A park has already been satisfied with the morning entry into MK. You would also need park hopping in order to go to a park other than MK, even though it's not your choice of park.

Even on the 4th, I doubt all 4 would be at capacity later in the day. MK is certainly a candidate due to the fireworks though.

I wouldn't go near MK on the 4th at all quite frankly.

I wouldn't go near MK on the 4th either. We did that one year and the park did close due to capacity. To make matters worse it started raining with lightening which was a nightmare.

thanks for the responses; I was thinking the same thing. Where would be the best place to see fireworks on the 4th?

    Studios is bad...

Epcot is your best option. Poly and GF may monitor their property to allow only guests staying there. The 4th gets insane and they used to take extraordinary measures to manage crowds. It's been a while, so maybe things have changed.

Tell you something we stumbled upon NYE one year. We were at the MK all day. Crazy, insane busy, crowded...only moving as a mass of people. We made it to nearly the fireworks, then we began to "melt down" me, the kids, everyone had enough. We left. I know it was crazy but we did. Just about the time we got to the busses the 360 fireworks started and it was absolutely the best spot to be. There was not hardly a person near us and we had a great view of the fireworks. Worked for me !!

    1) As stated by others, NOPE.
    2) Closed-Is-Closed,
    . . . whether you beg
. . . whether you have been there earlier in the day
. . . whether you have an ADR or Fast Pass
. . . whether you stay on-site, have annual pass, are DVC
    . . . whether you offer a bribe
    . . . whether you have a PAID ADR
    . . . whether you whine

I've heard all of those EXCEPT the bribe, then the inevitable shouting/swearing.
